PXELinux boot clients:
+ the INITRD (SquashFS) file is now placed under a folder representing the Server to connection to
  (ie) /server/INITRD rather than /INITRD

* All MSSQL SERVER Products are supported for AnywhereTS Database
* Booting clients now use the VESA graphics driver (when no driver is specified [ie auto])
  + X-Server resolution and rdesktop client is properly set to the configured resolution
* Managed clients are now manageable via ATSAdmin
